1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bf009 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bf009 website at bf009.cam, including all games, services, tools, content, and functionality made available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

Access to the bf009 Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation button during registration; (b) completing the account registration process; or (c) accessing or using any part of the Platform following the display of these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bf009's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

bf009 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bf009 Platform is strictly intended for use by individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is a legal requirement under PAGCOR's regulatory framework applicable to all licensed online gaming operators serving the Philippine market. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. bf009 will verify age as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bf009 Platform is operated and intended primarily for players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bf009 does not guarantee that the Platform is legally accessible in all locations, and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the bf009 Platform, you must complete the registration process, which requires the provision of the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Philippine mobile number;
• Residential address within the Philippines;
• Chosen username and password.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. bf009 reserves the right to verify the information provided and to refuse or revoke registration where verification cannot be completed.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) bf009 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or any other identifying information, is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bf009 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in those accounts.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bf009 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify bf009 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. bf009 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases where bf009's negligence has directly caused or contributed to an unauthorised access event.

bf009 may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification steps before processing any account action it deems unusual or potentially suspicious, including but not limited to withdrawals, password changes, or significant changes to account details.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bf009 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). bf009 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your bf009 account. Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal. bf009 targets the following processing timeframes, though these are not guaranteed:

• GCash and PayMaya: 5 to 30 minutes;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: 1 to 6 hours during banking hours;
• USDT cryptocurrency: within 30 minutes.

bf009 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are outside bf009's control. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security checks, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bf009 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise indicated. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bf009 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of promotion. General principles applicable to all Promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before withdrawal of such funds will be permitted;
• Wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be clearly stated in the specific Promotion terms;
• bf009 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of Promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or using Promotions in combination with low-risk betting strategies to extract value — will result in cancellation of the Promotion and may result in account closure;
• No player may receive more than one Welcome Bonus across all bf009 accounts. The Welcome Bonus is reserved for new accounts only and cannot be claimed following the permanent closure and reopening of an account.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games offered on the bf009 Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, involve physical game outcomes conducted under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.

Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are accurate representations of theoretical long-term returns and are provided for informational purposes. Individual session outcomes may differ significantly from published RTP figures, which is a normal characteristic of statistical variance in gaming outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, error, or technical fault affecting any game, the affected game round and all associated bets may be declared void at bf009's discretion. Winnings arising from a malfunctioning game will not be paid. bf009 will endeavour to restore the platform to normal functionality as promptly as possible following any such event.

bf009's records of all game outcomes, bets placed, and transactions shall be definitive in the event of any dispute. Where a discrepancy exists between a player's records and bf009's records, bf009's records will prevail unless the player provides verifiable evidence to the contrary.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bf009 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with or place bets on the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or platform functionality;
• Colluding with other players in any game mode, including but not limited to live dealer games and poker variants;
• Engaging in match-fixing, betting arbitrage, or any activity that artificially distorts game or betting outcomes;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to bf009 at any time;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your bf009 account;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming;
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, offensive, or otherwise harmful to other players or bf009 staff.

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities including the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) or other competent agencies.

8 KYC & Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR's requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, bf009 is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all accounts. KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal and may be requested at any time for account security purposes.

Standard KYC documentation accepted by bf009 includes:

• Primary identity document: Philippine passport, Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, PRC ID, driver's licence, or any other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months, displaying your registered address;
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or document confirming ownership of the GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used for deposits.

bf009 reserves the right to request additional documentation as required by its compliance obligations. Account functionality may be limited pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

9 Responsible Gaming

bf009 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. bf009 acknowledges its social responsibility as an operator and has implemented the following responsible gaming measures:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via Account Settings;
• Session time reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders to manage their session duration;
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may self-exclude for a period of their choosing. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent;
• Reality checks: Periodic reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during active gaming sessions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the bf009 Platform are the exclusive property of bf009 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property on the Platform beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the bf009 Platform without prior written authorisation from bf009. Unauthorised use of bf009's intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued to the full extent of applicable Philippine and international law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, bf009's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bf009 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of gaming opportunity.

bf009 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. bf009 will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

12 Termination

You may close your bf009 account at any time by submitting a written request to bf009's customer support team. Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance (subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method.

bf009 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) bf009 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity on your account; (c) you provide false information; (d) regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure; or (e) bf009 ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.

In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, bf009 reserves the right to confiscate any account balance, including deposits and withdrawals pending processing, without liability to you.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bf009 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bf009 will provide reasonable prior notice via email to your registered email address or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Non-material changes may take effect without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting bf009 customer support.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms took effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of bf009 or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bf009's internal complaints process by contacting customer support. bf009 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) working days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures in accordance with its applicable regulations. Disputes not resolved through these channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
